Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations:
All seminar bookings are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend your reserved seminar date, you may request to reschedule for a future seminar or receive store credit for the amount paid, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled seminar.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the seminar, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at everythingsinternal@gmail.com with your name and order details.
Store Credit:
If you are eligible for store credit, a $50 store credit will be issued to you via email. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used toward any product available on our website. Store credit cannot be used for the purchase of future seminar dates. Unused credit will expire after 30 days.
Event Changes:
If the event is postponed or canceled by us, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
